1 General Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions 786 Bit (hereinafter referred to as "786 Bit", "we", or "the Company") and each individual using our website or platform ("you", "user", "member") constitutes a legally binding agreement.

6 Gaming Rules

8 Limitation of Liability

• Direct or indirect financial losses arising from gaming

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by Us

786 Bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — including in cases of Terms violations.

9.2 Closure by You

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. If any active bonus requirements remain unmet at the time of closure, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you may self-exclude from the platform for a set period (30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently). Attempting to create a new account during a self-exclusion period is a violation of these terms.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. We typically provide an initial response within 72 hours.

If an issue cannot be resolved through our support team, it may be escalated to 786 Bit's licensing authority or an approved third-party mediator. All decisions made during dispute resolution are final and binding.
